We are based in Iceland, and we ship worldwide. Shipping costs 2490 ISK for Europe and 3490 ISK for the rest of the world.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our shipping timeframe is usually between 15-30 days.

How can customers track their orders? 

After placing an order, customers will receive a tracking link.

 

Refunds

What is your return and refund policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy. If your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, you can contact us at info@sleipnirtours.is to initiate a return. Once your return is accepted and we receive the item, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.

What should I do if my necklace arrives damaged or defective?

We check every piece, thoroughly, however, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sleipnirtours.is so we can assist you and make it right.

How long will it take to get my refund? 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
